Candidates

As a Wynsor Allen candidate, you’ll notice a few differences in the relationship you have with us compared to other recruiters.

  • We specialise in mid to senior level permanent roles across all disciplines. This means that we understand the level you’ve been working at, your current role and the future direction of your career. We’ll talk to you about roles that truly match not just your skills and experience but also your future aspirations and expectations. We won’t waste your time with those that don’t.
  • You’ll deal with an experienced consultant with many years recruitment experience and an appreciation of the need for the job to be the right one; one that is in line with your expectations and values and where you’ll thrive and progress.
  • We concentrate on permanent opportunities and also cover interim roles but we rarely supply temporary staff, unless on a ‘temp to perm’ basis.
  • We work ‘virtually’ – in other words, we don’t have an office base. When we interview candidates, we meet you at a location convenient to you. You don’t have to come to us.
  • If you email us, you WILL get a response. If you haven’t heard back from us in a few days the chances are that we haven’t received your email, so please resend it. We know how frustrating it is not to hear back and so we always endeavour to get back to you as soon as we possibly can. We do prefer emailed applications as we are able to deal with these more promptly than those sent in by post.
  • If you leave us a message, we WILL call you back as soon as we possibly can. Our message system is efficient but in the unlikely event that you haven’t heard back within 48 hours, there’s a chance we didn’t get the message so please do call again. Please be patient, we are often out of the office and it can take a day or two for us to catch up with everyone.
  • You’ll not need to surf our website looking for suitable opportunities. We work in partnership with our clients, retained by them to find their ideal candidate. If that could be you and we think it’s a position that would interest you, we WILL call or email you, if we already have your details on file. Vacancies may be advertised locally, nationally, within industry specific publications or online, depending on what is appropriate for the role. We are always happy to take speculative applications by email.
  • With a qualified Personal Development Coach on the team, we are able to offer you career counselling and life coaching as an additional service (charges apply) but you’ll find that the way we work with you is always in line with these principles and ethics, making us one of the few recruitment companies who genuinely want what’s best for you.
