Hi, I’m Jo Wynsor
Wynsor Allen was born in 1991 out of a belief that we could deliver a more effective approach to the recruitment of those key roles that
play such an essential part in the development and growth of any organisation. Committed to working in partnership with our clients in
order to attract and secure the very best candidates for any particular role while delivering the highest levels of service and
demonstrating a deep understanding of the culture and needs of the business, our original ethos still stands tall today.
Like all organisations, we’ve been through some changes over the years as we’ve refined and redefined the way we work in order to
best support our clients and nearly 25 years on, anyone who’s worked with us knows exactly what we stand for and can be confident in
our ability to deliver what we promise. That’s very important to me.
With over 27 years experience in mid to senior level Management Recruitment, I am proud to be one of the few Recruiters to be
awarded Fellowship status of both the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, which
identifies me as a Recruiter whose commitment to raising standards in an increasingly competitive industry has been recognised by my
peers.
I am also a qualified Personal Development Coach, being one of the first to achieve the EDEXCEL BTEC Certificate in Life Coaching
Skills and Practice, the highest officially recognised Life Coaching qualification currently available in the UK. This combination of skills
gives me a unique and highly effective approach and enables me to deliver long-lasting results to both my clients and my candidates.
