We recruit across all disciplines and within all industries. Candidates are sourced in a variety of ways and each assignment will typically require a combination of methods, ranging from 'headhunt'/search and networking to online and/or press-based advertising.

Managing Director - Steel frame construction company operating within the farming and light industrial sectors requiring an exceptional Managing Director to reinvigorate the company and drive it forward following a period of poor management and business contraction.

Operations Director/MD - Global metals refining and chemicals business requiring key new management team members for the UK including Ops Director/MD, Quality, Sales, Production and EHS, to lead the business through a period of significant modernisation, change and growth The new team created profitable growth of over 100% in a highly competitive sector within a period of eighteen months.

Commercial Director - Belgian based food manufacturer needing to replace their UK based Commercial Director, who was responsible for the UK business and was retiring.  Specific industry and sector experience were essential.

UK Sales Manager - Project to source UK Sales Manager for UK division of a Liechtenstein-based company, supplying industrial coatings to improve the performance of tools and precision components.

General Manager - World leader in the design and manufacture of display filters requiring a General Manager to lead and develop the UK business following relocation of the management team to the US.  Also recently recruited a Technical Sales Manager for the UK & Europe, focused on channel and distributor development.

General Manager - £Multi-million Japanese manufacturer looking to replace their Japanese MD in the UK with a local General Manager.  Also sourced two top-flight sales people for the same company.  Specific industry and sector experience was essential for all three positions.

General Manager - Major US-based Global FMCG corporate requiring a General Manager to set up and run their London operation.  Also recruiting the initial core team of ten.  Previous FMCG and retail knowledge and experience essential for all positions.
