We try our best to minimise those frustrations and treat all of our candidates with the care and respect they deserve.

How We Work

​

You’ll not need to surf our website looking for suitable opportunities. We work in partnership with our clients, retained by them to find their ideal candidate.

 

If that could be you and we think it’s a position that would interest you, we WILL call or email you if we already have your details on file.

 

Vacancies may be advertised locally, nationally, within industry specific publications or on-line, depending on what is appropriate for the role.

 

We are always happy to take speculative applications by email.

 

We work ‘virtually’ – in other words, we don’t have an office base. We always interview those candidates who we believe are potentially a good match to our client’s brief and will meet you at a location convenient to you. You don’t have to come to us.

What We Work On

​

We specialise in mid to senior level permanent roles across all disciplines. This means that we understand the level you’ve been working at, your current role and the future direction of your career.

 

We’ll talk to you about roles that truly match not just your skills and experience but also your future aspirations and expectations. We won’t waste your time with those that don’t.

 

We concentrate on permanent opportunities and also cover interim roles but we rarely supply temporary staff, unless on a ‘temp to perm’ basis.
